Refund and Cancellation

For us, customer satisfaction and happiness are paramount. We firmly feel that the goods we sell is being offered to customers at the most reasonable price. Our return policy was created with our valued clients in mind, and as a result, it has a straightforward, transparent process. Although we would prefer that you avoid using the policy as much as possible, we do recognise that there are some instances where a replacement or return of the goods is necessary due to unavoidable circumstances.
 
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:
=> If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please inform us with your order number and couple of pictures of defected or wrong product within 7 Days of delivery.
=> If you have received damaged product We will try and replace the product as soon as possible, If that product replacement is not possible only in that case we will return that much amount.because of quality issue we can't take back so please about quality ask on given whats app number after taking our staff confirmation you place the order.(NOTE- Stitched catalog amount can not be refunded any way)
=> At Fashid Wholesale each product quality is checked, verified and then shipped to the customer.
=> In case of Product replacement, you have to send back the parcel with return packing slip within 7 Days. (For that parcel, courier charges will be paid by customer)
=> As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse you will get store credit which can be used to your next purchase from the website or refund will be given.
=> Store credit is valid for lifetime. There is no expiry.
=> We do add almost 100+ designs daily so we are sure that you will be able to find a suitable item from our ever increasing collection.
=> Sale of clearance sale items is final and will not be exchanged. Exchange or refund of sale items is done only in case of damaged product.
 
Threads and Sequences coming off:
We hope customers who purchase products with threads and sequences are aware that they have a propensity to come off. This cannot be avoided, not even with the processing and transportation of goods. The majority of these issues can be resolved during sewing. The tailor can either conceal the section with fewer sequences or correct it all at once. Please inquire with your tailor about possible adjustments prior to returning the items. There is a good probability that you will receive a comparable product again, even if we replace such things.
 
General Returns Policy
 
We deals in original company products only so there will be no quality issues. But we accept return and exchange in case of defect and damage only. Items can be returned within 7 days only if u get any damage pieces, Customer have to send to our address, from the date of delivery provided they are in the original packaging and unwashed, unused. All damaged items must comply with our terms and conditions before refund is processed.
